Consulting and hands-on product work taught me how to frame ambiguity, test assumptions, and turn broad goals into workable plans.

At Microsoft, I lead cross-functional reviews and improvement programs across cloud services, engineering systems, AI-enabled processes, and business operations. I connect technical evidence with organizational context, align stakeholders, clarify ownership, and help teams move from findings to sustainable execution. Through my independent practice, I advise founders on products, operating models, AI use cases, vendors, and early-stage delivery. Originally from Ukraine and now based in Denver, I bring a cross-cultural perspective and the range to work effectively across technical and business teams.
