Azure migration readiness across two acquisitions

Problem
Services from two acquisitions were moving to Azure, and teams needed a clear view of who owned what and what had to be ready.
What I owned
I structured the advisory work and built the planning matrix from scratch. I ran weekly technical learning sessions, recalibrated the plan as scope evolved, and aligned recommendations with stakeholders and a senior executive.
Result
A structured view of ownership and readiness, agreed with a senior executive, to inform migration decisions.

Why it matters

It only needs one evidence library, but its access reaches every team’s files. If its credentials were misused, confidential documents across the company could be exposed.

Understand the system

I work with engineers on their own terms, from code review to KQL test plans. Understanding the system leads to better questions about its risks.

Find the shared picture

I lead teams of 8–12 and make scope, ownership and dependencies clear, so everyone can see how their work fits together.

Make the decision clear

I frame risks by likelihood and financial and reputational impact, then work with directors and corporate vice presidents to commit to remediation.

Roots and life beyond work

From Ukraine, now at home in Denver

I’m from Ukraine, have lived in New York, and now call Denver home. My Ukrainian heritage remains an important part of who I am.

Music is another part of my life. I’ve spent nearly two decades DJing and several years producing melodic electronic music. I also enjoy designing interfaces and experimenting with product ideas.

Through Nikita Page Productions, I’ve helped founders work through technology decisions, workflows and early prototypes. It’s another way I put my technical experience and curiosity to work.
